Light'er Up is a trauma burning journal.

The purpose behind burning letters/journals is to bring a way of healing, releasing, building resilience, and coping with mental trauma for distressed individuals. This journal is an effective tool for individuals who suffer with; PTSD, secondary trauma, assault, bullying, abandonment, neglect, abuse of any type, etc.

This journal contains some explicit language.

Forge
A Guided Weekly Planner

Forge is our guided weekly planner. It is an UNDATED 12 month planner; so you can begin using it at any time of the year. 

Forge helps you foster more positive habits by offering weekly reflections, goals, and affirmations. Includes mood tracker for easy viewing of how your month has been emotionally. Both the front and back cover are coloring pages.
