sensory strips

Here is another TOOL for our mental health and wellbeing toolbox!

Our textured sensory strips have many uses: anxiety and stress relief, sensory seeking, and attention disorders or repetitive behavior.

The purpose is to help focus and ground your attention by activating your sense of touch in the present moment. Practicing grounding and breathing techniques can improve focus and concentration. Focused breathing is beneficial for reducing anxiety, lowering heart rate, calming the mind, and breaking the mind out of fight or flight mode.

We have 2 textures of strip available:

Our “box” strip is diamond weave texture.

and

Our rectangle strip is a bumpy stone texture.

Intended for adults or children ages 6+ up.
